The Go Supportive Line provides 24/7 problem solving and support to individuals in their own homes through a combination of in-person and over the phone support. The service focuses on applying crisis management coaching to the day-to-day issues that arise. By reducing the development of larger problems, clients are able to remain in independent living. With low rates starting at $10.00 per day, optional outgoing calls, regularly scheduled in-person visits, and client-written crisis plans - the Go Supportive Line is our most flexible service yet!

This Service Includes:

  • 24-hour access to over-the-phone problem solving and support with in-person response available
  • In-person check-ins scheduled regularly or as-needed, available 7 days per week
  • Individual crisis plans created by the client, for the client
  • A small, seasoned team of Go Supportive responders
  • Flexible rates starting at $10.00 per day
  • This service is funded by the Waiver, provided under DHS “24-Hour Emergency Assistance” service

Services delivered one-on-one for those with a mental illness or disability, including:
- Housing Stabilization Services
- Waiver Case Management
- 24-Hour Go Supportive Line (DHS "Emergency Assistance")
