The Go Supportive Line provides 24/7 problem solving and support to individuals in their own homes through a combination of in-person and over-the-phone support.
We focus on applying crisis management coaching to the day-to-day issues that arise. By reducing the development of larger problems, clients are able to remain in independent living.

About the Go Supportive Line:
- The Go Supportive Line is made up of a seasoned team of phone and in-person responders
- Flexible rates starting at $25.00 per day
- This service is funded by the Waiver, provided under DHS “24-Hour Emergency Assistance” service
- Also available to private-pay clients
- Tiered service features and rates allow the flexibility to provide varying levels of support in relation to individual need
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- 24-hour access to over-the-phone problem solving and support with in-person response available
- In-person check-ins scheduled regularly or as-needed, available 7 days per week
- Individual support plans created with the client
- Detailed usage reports that include overall well-being of client + feedback on other services received

Services delivered one-on-one for those with a mental illness or disability, including:
- Housing Stabilization Services
- 24-Hour Go Supportive Line (DHS "Emergency Assistance")
