I work at SLS because it gives me the opportunity to work toward something bigger than myself. My hope is to help individuals, teams, or services identify what it is they are called to do and lead, create infrastructure, and develop others toward that end. During my time at SLS, so many people have invested in me, and I hope to pass along that investment in any way I can.
